3-day progression of flooding of the Red River in Grand Forks, ND.

In what world is banning any and all abortions a good thing.

a) No exceptions for rape, incest, or when the health of the mother is at risk.

b) Effectively banning any forms of birth control that are used after conception.

c) Effectively banning in-vitro fertilization because it puts embryos at risk of dying.

The unconstitutionality of this measure is unbelievable, yet it was allowed to pass both the House and Senate.  It’s on its way to the voters in Nov. 2014 who, if they have any common sense, should reject it.  If the residents of North Dakota allow this to pass, they should prepare for significant legal battles most likely involving the US Supreme Court.  

Sigh.

Since I don’t have my Canadian license converted over to an American one, I haven’;t been able to do any flying (also I have no money).  But one of my friends here is a flight instructor and took me up as a passenger while he worked on some stuff.  SO I got a couple pictures with my phone :P
